For assessment enquiries submitted through this website, ROBOTECHMECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is the contact entity and data controller responsible for handling the enquiry.

When you submit a factory digital transformation assessment request, we may collect:

  • Optional factory challenge details you choose to share

IndustryOS brings together companies with industrial software, robotics, automation, workflows, packaging machinery, venture building, and scaling capability. We may share your enquiry with the relevant ecosystem team only where needed to respond to your assessment request.

Relevant ecosystem participants may include RoboTechMech, UCS Digital, EightQor, House of Starts, Workplate, Koldpack, and their appropriate teams, depending on the nature of your enquiry. They use the information only to support the assessment request and related follow-up.

6. Service Providers And Transfers

The website or lead form may use service providers for hosting, form delivery, CRM, email, analytics, security, or workflow management.

If a CRM, email delivery service, hosting provider, analytics provider, or workflow tool is connected, those providers process personal data under contractual, security, and confidentiality obligations.

Because the registered entity and parts of the ecosystem may operate outside the EU/EEA, enquiry data may be accessed from outside the EU/EEA where needed to respond to your request. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
